Remote Access Help Desk Print E-mail

Welcome to the Quark IT Remote Access Help Desk.

Please click here to download the Quark IT Remote Access Help Desk application.  Once you see the "File Download - Security Warning" asking you to Run or Save, choose Run.  If you see a warning about a valid signature not being present, please click Run again.

Once the application is running, you will see the screen below:

Please ensure that you have contacted the Quark IT Support Desk and arranged for a Remote Access Help Desk session before proceeding.

Now, all you need to do is to double-click on "Double-click here to connect to Quark IT" and the Remote Access Help Desk session will begin.  If you wish to close this session at any time, just right-click on the little orange "Q" sign near your clock and choose Close.
